Im gonna sound like a broken record to people pretty soon haha but American Vampire is really the way to go when it comes to vamps. Just really awesome, and Scott Snyder (the writer) really does horror right. His series Severed (which I’m reading right now) is pretty amazing so far and the art is wonderful, thats more like…cannibal style horror, a little more on the scary side. 

You should also try out Locke and Key, its about a family who has a supernatural related past and this massive house that has keys to certain doors that do all sorts of different things, in terms of horror its pretty great, fairly bloody, definitely more on the supernatural side of things. I won’t say much more about it because i don’t want to give anything away. 

Darkhorse comics is a really great publishing company for horror stuff, and they launched an ad campaign last year called Darkhorse does vampires right, you really can’t go wrong with any of their books.
